Cool off with an inexpensive, cool, healthy juice smoothie. Better than soda. Let's call it a GWJulius.

Make a fake Orange Julius (or pineapple juice for a fake Pineapple Julius.)

9 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate

1 Cup milk (low-fat is okay)

1 Cup water

1/3 Cup sugar

1/3 Cup Splenda

2 Tsp vanilla

12 Ice cubes

In blender, crush ice cubes, add orange juice, water, milk, sugar, Splenda, and vanilla. Will make 8-10 servings.

Low-fat Julius with dried egg white (my favorite) or egg substitute.

1 Cup Orange juice

1 Cup water

1 Cup crushed ice

1/8 Cup sugar

1/8 Cup Splenda

1/4 Cup egg substitute

1 Tsp vanilla

Add crushed ice and all ingredients and blend until smooth. 4-6 servings
