My MIL began making breaded burgers over 65 years ago in an effort to mimic the Goodwill burger and feed a large family with a small amount of ground beef. Immediate members of the family, grandchildren &great grandchildren still make these great breaded burgers.
1 lb of ground beef 4-6 homemade biscuits (depends on how much breading you want--you can use white bread or buns if you prefer) Crumble biscuits into ground meat. Mix well. (Using dough hooks is the easiest way to mix)
Best to cook these on the grill since they stick to fry pan really bad Salt and pepper as desired A little Hot Sauce adds flavor too. Cook well, serve. (Reheat any leftover burgers in oven or toaster oven--if any are left over)
