Good Recipes for Home Cooking Family Meals

Italian Chicken Breasts
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (fresh or defrosted)
6 medium potatoes
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
about 1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees,
Line a large pan with aluminum foil, spray with Pam non stick spray
Cut potatoes in small wedges, place in pan salt/pepper to taste
Place chicken in same pan salt/pepper to taste
Next, pour dressing & parmesan cheese over potatoes and chicken,
place butter over chicken
Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is done and potatoes are crispy

I love mashed potatoes and flavorful veggies. My family is kind of picky. I'd love to try new foods, but it's hard because if no one likes it then it gets tossed.

One of the quickest and most tasty meals is chicken 'n dumplings. Dumplings can be made on just about anything. Pintos, Beef & Gravy, Pork, Cabbage, Kraut, Turkey, etc.

Those, along with mashed potatoes (Yeah! I know! Too much starch!), collard or creecy greens, stewed, fresh apples with cinnamon and raisins....just plain good.

I usually make my same typical dinners. Here lately I have been searching for new ideas. So, what are some things that you guys fix for dinner that are super good, fairly easy, and would like to share?
