Young kid is delicious if split, rubbed as any bbq (ex: whole slab of ribs), and slow grilled, It has a rather delicate flavor and a few pieces of rosemary placed on the meat or to the side (on foil) adds a nice taste.

Older goat can be bbq'd if it is parboiled first. If anyone decides to fix a billy, make sure he was cut at an early age or about all that will be able to eat him is a buzzard or coyote. Meat will taste strong and smell rancid.

Yes, I said Goat meat. I am interested in slaughtering a wether goat that I have. I have never atet it, but I have heard it is quite delicious. I do not have any idea what it taste like. I would love to hear the best ways to prepare the meat and some recipes to try. This is a serious thread please no bashing or racial slurs.
