I like to peel all the loose stuff off then use a knife to cut off enough of the pointed end to expose the cloves. Then put into a small shallow baking dish - cut side down - with enough water to about halfway submerge the garlic and then add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bake it in a low temp oven for about 30mins or so. It is wonderful spread on bread!

Somebody gave me some to plant, it grows good here, any easy recipes to use some of it in?
