Garlic mashed potatoes

Thanks for the recipe. How long should I let the potatoes boil for?

4 large potatoes

2 sticks margarine

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

Wash and boil potatoes (don't peel), add all ingredients and mash to desired texture
