Tiger Fudge 1 lb white chocolate (I used almond bark) 1 (12 oz) jar peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) 1 bag (16 oz?) chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or milk choc. I used milk choc.)
Melt white chocolate and peanut butter in top of double boiler on medium heat. Pour onto a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper. Sprinkle with morsels. Swirl with a toothpick and chill. Cut and enjoy!
2 Ingredient Fudge 1 bag chips (your choice) 1 can cake frosting (your choice) Place chips in a micro waveable dish, spread the chips over the bottom of the dish and cook for 90 seconds. Then put the whole can of frosting on top of the chips in the dish and cook that for 90 seconds. The frosting will be melted. Now stir it real well to mix and pour into a foil lined 8X8 inch pan. Butter the foil. Place in refrigerator to firm, then cut into pieces, and enjoy. This recipe is foolproof....
2 Minute Fudge In Microwave 1 lb. pkg. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. butter 1 c. chopped walnuts
Stir confectioners' sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla extract in 1 1/2 quart dish until blended. Top with butter. Microwave on high (10) for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Blend in chopped nuts. Pour into wax paper lined 8 inch square pan and chill until firm.
Four Chips Fudge
3 sticks butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons milk 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips 11 1/2 oz. milk chocolate chips 10 oz peanut butter chips 1 cup butterscotch chips 7 oz marshmellow cream 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 lb pecans - coarsely chopped (if desired)
Melt butter in Dutch oven over low heat. Stir in condensed milk and regular milk. Add all morsel chips stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat, stir in marshmellow cream and vanilla and almond extract. Stir in nuts. Spread in 2 (9x13) dishes. Cut into small pieces - so rich you can't eat much at a time!
