Frozen Turkey Breast suggestion:

If you are short on space then consider trying one of the Jennie-O Frozen Turkey Breasts. They are cooked straight from the freezer to the oven and are the best turkey I've ever had. So much better than the whole roasted birds. We only eat the white meat so the dark just goes to waste at our house.

Follow the directions and in 1-1/2 to 2 hours you will have a delicious, 5 to 7 pound tender breast with almost no waste. As with all roasted turkies be sure to let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.

Plenty of drippings for your gravy if you so choose.
