My mom always made chocolate and vanilla frosting by mixing cool whip, egg whites, and either vanilla flavoring or cocoa (depending on the flavor). I'm not sure how much of what, though; she's a "to taste" type of lady.

I'm about to post an Orange Pineapple cake recipe that you might like, too.

one block cream cheese,one box powder sugar,one stick butter,one tsp.vannila. very good.
