a pack of the lil smoky sausages and some cresent rolls ( can use reg biscuits ) and you have baby pigs in a blanket straight from the oven. Just brown and serve. Cheap and simple

Chicken Roll-Ups:

1 jar salsa
1 pkg cream cheese
1 bag boneless skinless chicken breast
1 pkg of 20 tortilla's

Boil chicken & chop. While chicken is cooking incorporate salsa w/ cream cheese, add hot chicken and mix, this allows the cream cheese to break down even more, spoon into tortilla's & roll up...Chill and nuke for 10-15 seconds before eating. I like them best if chilled overnight I don't think they are that good hot after made.

Party Hats! those lil things are great! and easy. you get the white melting choc and peanut butter, and bugles. while the white choc is melting, fill the open ends of the bugles with small amount of peanut butter. then when choc is done melting , dip the open end with the peanut butter inside just enough to cover the bottom. sit on wax paper to harden. very good and cheap treat to take with ya!

Ham rollups.

Sliced deli ham
dill pickles
cream cheese (regular OR whipped)

Spread cream cheese over one slice of ham. Roll pickle up in ham. Place toothpicks all up the spine of the roll to hold it together.... slice into bite size rolls, leaving toothpicks in. (like you would slice a pumpkin roll)

May sound nasty, but I've never seen a single person NOT like them... they always get gone. Yes the preggo women will love it for the pickles :D

These are like mini chicken pies. They're super easy to make and really delicious. Increase amount of ingredients based on how many you want to make (this recipe makes 10)

2 cans of cheap canned biscuits (Food Lion brand--5 biscuits per tiny can are the best)

@ 1 cup of cooked, diced chicken or @1 cooked breast (I boil mine with black pepper, italian herbs and seasoning salt)

1 can of campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup

@ 2/3 cup of cheese (I use sharp cheddar, but you can use w/e you like and you can def. use more...i usu. just eyeball the amount)

Preheat oven to 350. In a greased muffin tin (i use PAM), place a biscuit in the muffin cup and press it down and up the sides about 1/4 of the way up or so. In a bowl, mix chicken, soup & cheese together. Spoon this mixture into your biscuit dough cups. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes (until biscuits are done).
