I actually have talked to a dietician and she wasn't even sure what to tell me. I actually knew more about it than she did. lol

Sweet It would be easier for you to get a list of foods that she can have from a dietician. I worked in the dietary department for Hugh Chatham for 11 years. Some of the special diets are a pain in the butt especially the gulten free one. Call the hospital and ask for the dietician. She can print you a copy.

Does anyone on here have experience with corn allergies, along with soy and dairy? I've been trying to find recipes that are free of these things, but it's really tough. It's not easy to find foods free of all 3, especially when there's a list of corn containing ingredients that's 3 pages long. Food manufacturers don't have to list corn ingredients as corn. I'm trying to find ideas for things that wouldn't be so expensive to make.
