1/.2 can beer
1 egg maybe 2 if you have a lot of fish
flour

dip fish in egg and beer mix, roll in flour

I always use House Of Autrys Seafood batter. Sometimes I mix it with some corn meal but usually just by its self. Most super markets keep it.

you can get louisiana fish fry at the food lion or lowes. it is the best for frying fish. i am from louisiana now living in millers creek.
