that is a great idea bluiz...I'm gonna have to try that.

Something quick and easy that I do for finger food dessert is:
Take the creme horns from the deli/bakery of gro store, slice along with the rounds, usually 5 or 6 slices to each one, Lay them on a platter and spoon a little cherry pie filling on each one. Tastes kinda like cheesecake. Very easy to do, no bake and not too expensive.

I believe the fruit kebobs, with several fruit dips would be your best bet...
make sure though that you have some of that spray on fruit fresh so the fruit doesn't turn on you...and the recipe for the fruit dip is as follows:
1jar marshmallow creme
1 pkg of cream cheese
1-2 cups of 10 x sugar....blend...if need be you can add orange juice or milk to thin it as needed for consistancy.

My brother is getting married Oct 10. and I need to make a dessert for the wedding. It will be serving 60 people, and I'd like it to be fairly simple/ inexpensive. Any suggestions?? Thanks so much in advance!!
