Fat Free Applesauce Coffee Cake
11/4 c. self-rise flour
1c. sugar
11/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
1 can applesauce
1 egg
sugar-cinnamon mixture
pre-heat oven 375 degrees; combine dry ingredients; stir in applesauce, egg and vanilla; mix well; spray cast iron skillet with non-stick spray really well; pour in batter; sprinkle top with sugar-cinnamon until completely covered; bake 40 min.
