Go to Roger's just to try his egg salad. It is the best. Sometimes you can learn by trying someone elses.

I only use boiled eggs, Duke's mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper! My kids love it!
I don't really measure anything, but I would say that 1 teaspoon of mayo per egg sounds about right, and then everything else to taste.

I have always made mine with miracle whip which has just the right amount of vineger. a squirt mustard a little celery seed if you like. I've never used chopped celery. i might try that I like the crunch in my tuna salad.

I only use mayo, salt, pepper and maybe salad cube pickles if I have them. Just add until its tastes to your liking.

Just add 1 heaping teaspoon of mayo for each egg, a squirt of mustard, and maybe some celery seed. For 4 sandwiches, I usually do 5 eggs, 5 big teaspoons of Duke's mayo, maybe 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, and about 1/2 teaspoon of celery seed.
I never add vinegar, sugar, salt, or pepper.

I make mine with just mayonnaise, salt and a little sugar. It's really good.

I don't add either of those to my egg salad...
boiled eggs
a squirt of mustard, of coarse depending on how many egg's I've used
miracle whip salad dressing or mayonaisse if you like, couple of tablespoons
sweet relish
and a tad of dill relish
celery seed
black pepper
dill weed
and 1 stalk of celery for something to crunch on finely chopped.
