If you're afraid of using fresh eggs due to spoilage or bacteria, you can buy pasterized eggs in a milk carton like container. I have a friend who uses them in all her baking and anything that calls for the use of raw eggs.

I don't have a recipe, but try the sugar cookie eggnog they have in the grocery stores. It is wonderful!

Isn't it brandy that you add to this?

Easy Eggnog
6 eggs
3 cups milk
8 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
In a large bowl, beat the eggs using an electric beater (if available).
By turn, add milk & sugar.
Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly.
Add in the vanilla essence & ground nutmeg.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours).
