Those Bertolli skillet and oven meals are good if you're only feeding 1-2.
You can get some shaved roast beef and put on a sub roll with swiss or provolone cheese and toast it while you cook up a pkt of aus jus mix and then have french dip sandwiches.
Make a big salad and throw on some heated grilled ckn strips and your favorite dressing.
If you like manwich you can put a layer of crescent rolls in a pan then add your cooked manwich/beef on top along with a thick layer of cheese and another layer of crescents on top. Bake until brown. Add a salad and it's supper!
Scrambled egg bacon and cheese sandwich on toast is fast and easy and cheap.
OK I think I'm done now....

You could go in the frozen food section and get the pasta skillet dinners. Just heat them up and serve along side some gralic bread or a salad, they are good.

I had a craving for cheese earlier and didn't know what to do with my block of mozzarella. So I cut some up into cubes and threw them into an omelet. Yup just a mozzarella omelet.. pretty good.
-However for a good omelet, mix the 2 eggs in a bowl then pour in a small frying pan.. get both sides done, add sliced ham, cheese, onions and green peppers to one side, fold the other half over on top of it and bam you have a great omelet.

Umm if you have home-canned tomatoes, throw them in with elbow macaroni and maybe some cooked ground beef (and a good deal of salt hehe)

There is always grilled ham and cheese... made in a frying pan. You can't beat a hostess ham (10 dollars) sliced as thin as possible.. it is a waaay better deal than buying any kind of deli ham or just packs of ham.

Manwiches are good.

Blocked mild cheddar cheese with Ritz crackers.

Just-add-water Pancakes.

I'm running out of super quick ideas at the moment.... :D
