I don't know about the boiling together method. Stop and think about where the eggs came from...straight from the hens butt. Virus city....

I have heard of boiling an egg in your coffee while it is perking and know that you can heat water for instant coffee (on camping trip, etc.) with a flame under a paper cup...just as long as the cup contains water, that is!

just thought id drop this little hint for some of you. to make eggs and potatoes for potato salad...put them in a pot together and cover with water...bring to a rapid boil. then cut them off and cover the pot and let sit for 20 minutes. they always turn out perfect for me. another trick, when peeling the eggs....after you have cooled them, crack the egg all the way around...while holding under water start to peel them. alot of times the shell peels off in one piece!! happy thanksgiving to all!!!!
