Easiest Lemon Pie Ever

I have made the lemon, orange, cherry, strawberry/kiwi...all with fruit. The only thing you left out is that they get better the longer they stay ain the freezer. I make mine about 2 or 3 days ahead of time now and let them sit. Loved the recipe and don't tell anyone it was that simple...Thanks

I bet it would be good if you changed the crust a little bit also, instead of graham crackers try gingersnaps.

I had thought about that but was unsure. I will do that this weekend (minus the mandarin oranges... they really mess with my son's belly!)

I make those pies too, they are great. I also change out the flavor of the kool aid. Try using orange koolaid, and adding in a small can of well drained mandarin oranges, makes like a creamsicle pie.

I made this and my family loved it. The filling consistency surprised me. It was nice and thick, not at all like cool whip!

1packet of Kool-Aide lemonade flavor
114oz can of sweetened condensed milk
18oz bowl cool whip
1graham cracker crust
Combine lemonade packet, condensed milk, and cool whip and spread in graham cracker crust. Let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
