Had this at family reunion this weekend. Cream Cheese with mild pepper jelly (green). First of all, several past it up because they didn't like the looks of it, but after I made some up and put on wheat thins and took them around and let people try it, they was like...wow, kinda sweet and hot at the same time....it was a big hit after that!!!!

I keep cream cheese for months. Just wrap it up great after opening.
You can find the jelly on the condiments aisle I think. Near the mustard and stuff. If you can't find it there look near the jams and jellies.

These are some good Mustard sauces for the Sausage Balls.
Honey Mustard and Tabasco Sauce Dip 1/2 C. French's Spicy Brown Mustard 3 Tbs. honey 2 Tbs. ketchup 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. Tabasco hot sauce Mix all ingredients together and serve as a dip with chicken. Honey and Onion Mustard Sauce 1/2 C. spicy brown mustard 1 C. honey 1 1/2 C. mayonnaise 2 Tbs. lemon juice 1 Tbs. onion powder 1/4 C. finely chopped green onion (optional) In a medium bowl, stir together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion powder. For best results, use an electric hand mixer, but do not whip. Stir in green onion. Use immediately, or refrigerate until needed. Hot Honey Mustard 3/4 C. dry mustard (2 oz.) 3/4 C. distilled white vinegar 1/2 C. honey 2 egg yolks Combine dry mustard and vinegar in small bowl; stir to blend. Cover and let stand overnight at room temperature. Combine mustard mixture, honey, and yolks in small, heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 7 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate, covered, up to several weeks.

How long will a block of cream cheese keep in the fridge? Is this something you can buy and keep for a while?
