Does anyone know how to make the BBQ Sauce like at the parks?

Not to brag or anything, Bestill, but I can spell Worcestershire without looking. I inow, one of my MANY quirks! Now ask for some USEFUL information, and I will give you a blank look or a giggle, most likely!

That sounds good pc. I will try that next time. Funny, I do not know a soul on the planet who can spell that word without looking at the bottle.

vinegar, butter, weson oil, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce. chilie poweder....

I add Worchestshire (sp?) sauce to mine which I believe is in the original Holly Farms recipe that employess had years ago.

BBQ Cooking Sauce 1 gal vinegar apple cider vineagar 1 cup salt 1/2 cup blk pepper 2 cups white sugar 2 cups br sugar 1/2 cup red pepper flakes.. more or less to taste smoke flavoring...4 or 5 drops Heat all ingredents to a simmer, save in vinegar jug when cool. Store remaining sauce in frig. To use... Put 1qt of sauce in pot add 1 cup margarine or 1 stick butter heat and mop on meat while cooking.
