Or you can roast squash in the oven too.. little evoo, salt and pepper... Really good!

Mushrooms are really "meaty".. you can substitute them for red meat sometimes if you're a mushroom fan.

Put a little olive oil in a skillet with the sliced squash and season with garlic and nutmeg.

I've got some squash growing on the back deck. I'm used to frying it. How can I cook it in a healthy way?

No butter or grease. Maybe a grilled double cheese sandwich might constipate him to near death.

You've wanted me out of the way ever since you heard Shea sing.

Elmo, the veggies with the ranch packet sounds yummy. We are staying away from bread too. No pizza. :(

salmon is a very good fish to eat. i used to eat a lot of fish and seafood. not so much since BP oil spills, it drives me hinky if i think about it too much. i try to eat only items from the north atlantic.

shea this is prime garden season, things are ripening every week now. roasted vegetables are always good. oil em up with some olive oil, add a ranch dressing packet to a bag and shake em up, roast in the oven

teach yourself to make pizza dough ... veggie pizzas are good

pita pockets are a nice alternative

good healthy recipes to cook? Me and Zombie are trying to eat healthier and all we have eaten the past few days is baked chicken and veggies. I'm already getting sick of baked chicken and it hasn't even been a week.

HELP!! Post recipes that you have personally tried and liked. We don't want anything with butter or grease. Thanks.
