We just mix our salsa with velveeta cheese and put it in the microwave just long enough to melt the cheese. You have to stir in several times. It's easy and it's really good.

I like to make chili cheese dip.
Get a can of hormel chili with beans, cube some velveeta cheese. Microwave until hot and melted. Tastes great with fritos, tortilla chips, and even doritos! :)

We like bean dip with nacho tortilla chips. Drain a couple of cans of pintos and run thru the food processor. Mix in taco seasoning and hot sauce. Gosh, it's cheaper than the store bought and tastes better and it stays creamy and easy to dip your chips even after it's refridgerated. The store bought stuff always gets really thick and hard when it's cold.
