dino cookies in a partymix with m&m, chips and raisins. also add small dinos in the mix( not too small as a fun take home toy with each scoop) have them go on a hunt for fossils. they can also make their on fossil imprints with plaster of paris using leaves, hands anything that can be quickly removed and not leave debris behind..example tree limbs leave bark in the plaste. good luck

Thank you! Now, if I could only find a local person who has the Land Before Time figurines! Great ideas- I am going to check them out.

dinosaur eggs at the dollar store. Also you can print out dinosaur pictures on the computer and let the kids color to make a banner.

Also, the little c*cktail weenies in a crock pot...but call them something kids would love...like Dino Snacks in Jurassic Jelly. There may be gummy snacks at the supermarket shaped like dinos, too.

I'm pretty sure the Tyson Family Store has chicken nuggets in dinosaur shapes. If you can find dry ice to use in the punch bowl, make a red colored punch w/ the dry ice floating in it and call it steaming lava punch or something cute. You could always do a dirt cake or individual ones and find gummy worms (the Yadkin Valley General Store in Elkin may have gummy dinos...they have lots of different candy)...call them fossils instead of worms.

I don't really have any ideas, but I just wanted to say that sounds like a very cute birthday theme! I'm sure people get tired of barney, disney princesses and dora lol.
The only snacks I can think of that are age appropriate would be pigs in blankets! You know, the teeny weenies wrapped in crescent rolls and baked.
