Dice 2 large, tart apples, with and without peel,
1 cup mandarin oranges,
1/4 cup raisins or halved grapes (optional),
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery,
small can, pineapple chunks in own juice,
3 tbsp sweetened, shredded coconut,
1/8 cup orange juice,
1 cup sliced, unsweetened, fresh strawberries or unsliced raspberries,
1 firm, thinly sliced banana (optional),
1/4 cup, or less (to your taste) sugar or splenda,
1 6 oz. cup strawberry yogurt (I prefer Dannon) or 1/4 cup Dukes mayonnaise.
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans or English walnuts.

Stir lightly, chill, drain excess liquid which will form, and serve

My dear, that would be Ambrosia salad.

Or add yogurt in a mixer for Ambrosia smoothies :)

I am trying to find a type of recipe which consist of these ingredients pineapple strawberry banana mandrain oranges and coconut and any other fruits would be fine if anyone has a recipe like this could you let me know i also need a old timey strawberry pie recipe that uses constarch if anybody has one of those also
