Pronounced "mo-ho", it is a spanish marinade that looks like vinegar and oil but has a strong garlic taste.

Take a loaf of Cuban bread (more crusty than others) and cut it into four hoagie sized peices. Heat up that waffle iron, use flat metal peices. George Foreman grill would probably work good too.

Spread mustard on each side of the bread, add left over pork roast (preferable seasoned with mojo) sliced and ham slices, swiss cheese, and slices of dill pickle. (add any other veggies you might want, onions, etc.)

Place sandwich on grill and smash until cheese starts to ooze out the sides and bread is browned on each side.

Yummy! Just like my dad makes. :D
