Here is one I found and made a few days ago. It was a huge success at my house, and I have one person who hates spaghetti, but she loved it! :) ~~~~ Spaghetti Casserole
1 ½ lbs ground meat 1 medium onion 1 large jar spaghetti sauce ¼ c butter ¼ c flour ½ c parmesan cheese 1-12oz can evaporated milk ¼ t pepper 3 c shredded cheddar cheese Grated parmesan cheese 8 oz uncooked spaghetti broken into pieces
Cook meat and onion in skillet until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Gradually add in milk. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly for 8 minutes or until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in ½ c parmesan and pepper. Spoon 1/3 of meat mixture into a lightly greased slow cooker. Spread half of the broken noodles over meat. Pour half of the white sauce over noodles and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers once. Spread remaining meat mixture over cheese. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with parmesan cheese. Makes 6-8 servings.

Since it is so hot now, I am wanting some good crock pot recipes to make to keep the house cool. Anyone have any good ones? The more, the merrier! :)
