SLOW COOKER CHICKEN PARISIENNE



4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts


Salt/pepper to taste


2 tsp dried minced onion


½ cup dry white wine


1 can cream of mushroom soup(undiluted)


1 sm can sliced mushrooms/drained


1 cup sour cream


1/3 cup flour


Cooked noodles or rice



Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker. (Spray slow cooker


with oil or use a crock pot liner bag.)



In a mixing bowl, combine wine with condensed mushroom soup, minced onion, and mushrooms. In another bowl, mix together sour cream and flour. Stir sour cream mixture into the mushroom/wine mixture. Pour over chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. Really Good!
