I made the crock pot meatloaf and it was delicious. Tomorrow I will have a meatloaf sandwich for lunch.

Tried this last night . It is so easy and so good!
Crockpot Meat Loaf Recipe
2 pounds of ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
1 or 2 tablespoon brown sugar (depending how sweet you like it)
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 large onion (diced)
1/4 cup water
I added 2 minced garlic cloves on my on. I love the flavor that the garlic
gives the meat.
My cousin told me to be sure and add a green pepper-which I did and the G.P. gave it great flavor.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into a meatloaf shape that will fit into your crock pot.
Cut a strip of foil and place under the meatloaf in the crock pot.
Cut it long enough to cover the bottom and the sides of meatloaf.
Place meat loaf in crock pot and top with an additional 2 tablespoons ketchup.
Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
Serve with fresh, hot rolls, and a green salad.

I used gloves to mix up the mixture and then toss them!
