how are you heating the skillet...on top the stove... then pour the batter in...then put it in the oven.

if your skillet isn't greased enough and hot enough...the batter can stick...

I also use a really good cast iron skillet, but I like to melt a little butter in the pan before I put my mix in, it doesn't stick that way. .

My cornbread sticks every time! :( I'm using a well seasoned cast iron skillet. What am I doing wrong??
