Let's see, Lord there's so many of 'em. First off would be Two Fat Ladies ( a British show from several years back), then of course Justin Wilson, Nathalie Dupree (sp?), Leah Chase, Rick Stein's (BBCA), Lidia's Italy and the grand dame of all things fittin' to eat, PAULA DEEN!

The dubbed Iron Chef!! Kudos GoWIlkes! If by any off chance you happened to be a metalhead, Devin Townsend, (Strapping Young Lad) was watching it religiously on the bus last time I caught a tour date!

I love Alton Brown!!! I also love to watch Rachel Ray, Giada DeLaurentiis, and of course, Paula Deen. She is like the aunt who lives in Savannah, and you just love when she visits! I get the recipes from these and others all the time. I have hundreds in my recipe file in Documents! I will probably make one of my Rachel recipes tonight ... Cheesy mac with chicken and broccoli. YUMMO!

I made Paula's meatloaf (aired about 2-3 weeks ago) with the cheese and bacon in it. I improvised a little, but it was one of the best meatloafs I have ever made.

The only one I watch is Iron Chef. Not Iron Chef America, of course, but the good ones that are dubbed from Japanese. I especially like to watch Chef Morimoto.

That Paula is a catbird and I love to watch her on tv. I got a recipe from her show the other day and it is to die for.
