1 8oz. carton coolwhip

1 small package any flavor sugar free jello (I like cherry)

1 small can crushed pineapple(squeeze out juice)

4 oz.. small curd cottage cheese

1/2cup pecans chopped

Mix coolwhip and jello powder and add other ingredients. Easy, fast and delicious.
