Here's the one I've always used:

3 - 14 oz bags of flaked coconut
13 1/2 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 stick melted butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Large container semi sweet chocolate chips (I always got these at Sam's in a large container - I don't remember how many ounces it was - would probably be about 36 oz or so)
1/2 block parafin (found in canning section of grocery store)

Mix coconut, milk, butter, sugar, vanilla. I always use my hands. Chill the mixture an hour or so then roll into balls.

Melt chocolate and parafin in double boiler, dip and lay on waxed paper.

Will make about 130 small or 80 large.

Does anyone know how to make these?
