If you have a blender or smoothie maker you can blend several fruits along with vanilla almond milk, vanilla yogurt, and, if you have them, a banana and some pineapple or orange. Take results and freeze in ice cube tray or small containers, freeze, and have instant smoothie base for some really healthy drinks. Great for snacks or a healthy breakfast. We do this and love it. This is a sure way to get your 5 fruits and a little protein every day. (I'm not sure how the grapefruit will fit into the mixture but I peel these, remove the membranes from the sections and lightly salt them. For some reason the result seems sweet...and truly delicious)!

If you happen to have some frozen or canned peaches (Or the little 4 ounce cups of peaches or pineapple) you can add these to the mixture. I have been buying cream of coconut and adding this to our smoothies...with the pineapple and coconut, viola! Instant pina colada flavors.

make a fruit sald with the citrus fruits and add apples and grapes and chopped nuts... I use bananas as well, but wait until ready to eat before adding them...

I need recipes using fresh citrus, specifically, grapefruit, tangerines and naval oranges.
