Lowe's foods beside Wal-Mart sells it -- its on the first aisle called major greys mango chutney or its on the asian aisle - it is used for curry's (Indian food) but its also quiet nice with chips -

I don't live in The Wilkesboro's but I'm sure some stores carry it.
It's a common condiment .
Try a specialty store that carries organic foods.

I believe you can buy it at Country Roads Emporium, which is on Rock Creek Rd. Also, if you can find a distributor for A Taste of Gourmet, they sell it. I have bought it from them and it is really good
