Here's a really good one! Simple and delicious!!
Bacon Wrapped Dates
1 8oz. bag pitted dates 4 oz cream cheese 1 lb. bacon cut in half crosswise Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Slice the dates in half Pack a small amount of cream cheese into the dates and put halves together. Wrap dates with bacon. Secure bacon with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Turn over after 10 minutes.
(For easy cleanup, line the baking sheet with aluminum foil before placeing the dates on it.)

The sandwich spread that Dragonfly posted is really good. I've had several bridal and baby showers where I served that. Also another good recipe using cream cheese is just add chopped or cut up green olives and spread on different types of bread and use cookie cutters to cut the sandwich.
In fact, I love to eat that when there isn't a special occasion....had one today...lol

I love to make a cheese dip, that only consists of Velveeta and Rotel tomatoes. You melt this all together, and I keep it in a small crock pot to keep warm. It is so good, with a little spice from the tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
I also like to make a pineapple cheese ball. It is 2 packages of cream cheese, softened, then you add one small can of crushed pineapple (drained), chopped onion, and chopped green pepper. The recipe always called for it to be rolled in pecans, but I like it better without.

That sausage dip is great. You can also cook it in a crockpot or on the stove in a saucepan.

Sausage dip:
Ingredients:
1 lb. mild or hot pork sausage 8 oz. cream cheese 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a frying pan...crumble it. In a baking dish, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, and diced tomatoes/chilies. Mix well and bake for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and eat the dip on crackers of your choice.
It is delicious!

Christmas Pinwheels
1 packet Ranch dressing mix 2 pkgs. (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened 2 gren onions, minced 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas 1 jar (4oz.) diced pimiento 1 can (4oz.) diced green chiles 1 can sliced black olives
Mix first three ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of vegetables on top of cream cheese. Roll tortillas tightly. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Discard ends. Serve with spirals facing up. Makes 3 dozen.
Fill phyllo cups with chicken salad for an appetizer and pudding for a dessert. Top the pudding with a raspberry or a dollop of cool whip. They look fancy.
