2 Ingredient Fudge 1 bag chips (your choice) 1 can cake frosting (your choice) Place chips in a micro waveable dish, spread the chips over the bottom of the dish and cook for 90 seconds. Then put the whole can of frosting on top of the chips in the dish and cook that for 90 seconds. The frosting will be melted. Now stir it real well to mix and pour into a foil lined 8X8 inch pan. Butter the foil. Place in refrigerator to firm, then cut into pieces, and enjoy. This recipe is foolproof....

I call it ritz cookies;
take ritz crackers and peanut butter and make peanut butter cracker sandwiches and dip in white chocolate or the almond bark coating put on wax paper to set only takes a few minutes ready to eat

Fudge
2 cups chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Melt in pot until all chips are completely melted. Remove for heat.
Add 2 - 1 oz. boxes of raisins (snack size) use milk can and measure one can of chopped nuts 2 oz. of cran-raisins (craisins) stir well and puit into dish (sprayed with pam) cover with plastic wrap and refirgarate.
White Chocolate Cream Fudge
3 cups sugar 6 tablespoons margarine 1) 5oz can milk 1 jar marshmellow cream 12 oz bag white chocolate morsels 1 cup chopped pecans 4 oz. candied cherries (cut into pieces and let drain on paper towel)
Bring sugar, milk, and margarine to a rolling boil, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate morsels until melted, then add marshmellow cream and mix well. Add pecans and cherries mix well pour into a buttered 13x9 pan.
My family loves these two recipes. Hope yours does too.
