Cypress Chimichangas

1 pd of ground beef
1 (15oz) can refried beans
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 TBS ground chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 (7oz) can diced green chiles
12 (10 to 12 inch) tortillas
2 (15oz) tomato sauce
1tsp ground ***in
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Saute beef until throughly cooked and then drain. Add beans, onions, chili powder, garlic powder, and green chiles to meat and mix well. Spoon equal amounts of beef mixture into tortilla. Roll tortillas and place with the seam down in a large baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. In a medium saucepan heat tomato sauce and ***in together. When chimichangas are done top with tomato sauce and shredded cheese.
