1C Asadero cheese(mexican store)Shredded
4 oz Jalapenos(chopped and drained)
1/4C half and half
2Tbsp onion(finely chopped)
1/2 tsp salt

Heat all ingredients over low heat,Stir constantly until cheese is Melted.Enjoy
