CHILI BEANS

This is very good and easy to make.


Jamie's Chili


1 lb mixed ground beef and sausage, browned and drained

1 medium onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

2 cups chopped celery

2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes

1 (28 oz) can whole, peeled tomatoes

Ground ***in

Chili powder

1 (14 1/2 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 (14 1/2 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (14 1/2 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 package chili seasoning mix

Shredded cheddar, sour cream, chopped green onions for garnish


Directions:


In skillet brown ground beef and sausage, drained and set aside.

Spray large pot with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, green pepper, and celery and saute briefly Stir in the diced and whole tomatoes. Add ***in and chili powder, to taste, and cook for about 8 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add the beans, browned meat, and chili seasoning. Partially cover and let simmer for 4 hours.


Serve with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

Camp Chilibeans
40 lb pinto beans
40 lb dark red kidney beans
48 large onions, chopped
1 gallon sliced jalapeno chilies with juice
40 lb meat (ham, sausage, pork, bacon ends, ground beef, deer, etc)
Apx. 20 gallons water
20 pounds chopped fresh Tomatos
2 pounds chili powder
1/2 cup ***in
1 cup black Pepper
1 qt Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Cayenne Pepper Flakes (to taste)
salt to taste

Soak beans overnight, then raise to a boil on high heat.
Add all ingredients and simmer until tender (about 6 hours).
Add water as necessary. Stir occasionally.
Makes 60 gallons.
Serves 1200 approximately.

Simple Chilibeans
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) jar salsa (I like Pace HOT)
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 (15 ounce) can light red kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans

In a large saucepan over medium heat,
combine the ground beef and the onion and saute for 10 minutes,
or until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain grease, if desired.
Add the ground black pepper, garlic salt, tomato sauce, salsa,
chili powder and kidney beans.
Mix well, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least an hour.

1 pd of lean beef

1 chopped onion

2 teaspoon salt

11/4 teaspoon oragario

1-15oz pintobeans risesand drain

1-8 oz tomatoes sauce

1teaspoon coffee

1teaspoon chlli powder

3cups of can tomatoes

put in lg.pot beef,onions,cook until brown

put in first 6ingers. cook for 5 mins.

add tomatoes with juices heat until boil reduce heat cook for 30 mins.
enjoy!

1 lb ground chuck cooked and drained

1 can corn

1 can peas

1 can pintos

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 small packet taco seasoning

1 packet dry ranch dressing mix

Just dump all ingredients in a crock pot. Leave on low for 3 or 4 hours and enjoy.

Looking for the best chili bean recipe. I have tried so many and just can't find the right one. Please post your favorite chili bean recipe. I want recipes that you have actually tried and thought they were good. Not googled recipes. I have googled many, and still its just not what im wanting.
