Try Hunts Family Favorites Seasoned Diced Tomato sauce for Chili If you like Wendy's chili you will Love this I fix it now and my family don't want any other kind, side note the meatloaf stater is Great.

1.5 lb. of hamburger or deerburger, fried & drained 2 cans dark kidney beans 1 can light kidney beans 2 cans pinto beans 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped 1 small onion, diced 1 packet of chili mix Simmer in crockpot at least 4 hours, up to 8 hours.

CROCK POT CHILI
2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 2 cans kidney beans 1 can tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can tomato sauce
Saute meat, onion and green pepper. Drain fat off. Place remaining ingredients in crock pot and add meat mixture. Simmer 4 hours on high; 8 hours on low, stirring occasionally.

Jamie Deen's Chilli
1 pound of hamburger 1 medium onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 2 cups chopped celery 2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes 1 (28 oz) can whole, peeled tomatoes ground ***in chili powder 2 (14 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1 (14 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (Can use a can of black beans instead of 2 pinto) 1 package chilli seasoning mix
Shredded cheddar, sour cream, chopped green onions, for garnish
In skillet brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Spray large pot with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, green pepper and celery and salute briefly. Stir in the diced and whole tomatoes. Add ***in and chilli powder, to taste and cook for about 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add the beans, browned meat, and chilli seasoning. Partially cover, and let simmer for 4 hours.

Simple Chilibeans 2 pounds ground beef 1/2 onion, chopped 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa (I like Pace HOT) 4 tablespoons chili seasoning mix 1 (15 ounce) can light red kidney beans 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the ground beef and the onion and saute for 10 minutes, or until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain grease, if desired. Add the ground black pepper, garlic salt, tomato sauce, salsa, chili seasoning mix and kidney beans. Mix well, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least an hour. Wendy's Chili 2 lb ground beef 1 x 29 oz can tomato sauce 1 x 29 oz can kidney beans (with liquid) 1 x 29 oz can pinto beans (with liquid) 1 cup diced onion (1 medium onion) ½ cup diced green chili (2 chilies) ¼ cup diced celery (1 stalk) 3 medium tomatoes, chopped 2 tspn ***in powder 3 tbsp chili powder 1 ½ tspn black pepper 2 tspn salt 2 cups water Preparation and Cooking Instructions : Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain off the fat. Using a fork, crumble the cooked beef into pea-size pieces. In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients, and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours. ---- Wendy's Chili recipe 2 1 ½ lb ground beef 2 tspn vegetable oil 1 x 10¾ oz can onion soup 2 tspn chili powder 2 tspn ground ***in ½ tspn pepper 2 tspn cocoa 2 cans kidney beans, undrained 6 tspn tomato paste 15 tspn tomato sauce 2 tspn brown sugar 1 tspn vinegar 6 cups v8 juice Brown beef in oil. Break meat into tiny rice size pieces. Place onion soup and half of cooked beef into a blender and process on high speed until it resembles cement mortar. Place with uncooked beef into 4 qt saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors are blended Cook for 2 1/2 hours on low. Peanut Butter Chili 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup water 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 bay leaves 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional) 2 cups tortilla chips (optional)
Place the diced tomatoes, water, garlic, and bay leaves into a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and season with the cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pour in the black beans and kidney beans; return to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the peanut butter until dissolved, then remove and discard the bay leaves, and season the chili with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and smile! Veggie Chili 1 lb Pinto Beans 1 can whole tomatoes 1 large onion 3 cloves garlic Dried chile peppers Fresh chile peppers or chili powder according to taste 1/2 tsp coriander 1/4 tsp ginger 1 green pepper 2 zucchinis Carrots and Mushrooms (quantities depending on how much you want to make) 1-2 tablespoons oil
Put oil in pan and add chopped onion. (Put the onion in a few mins before the garlic, as it takes longer to cook, so if you add garlic at the same time it may go brown.) Saute on a low heat until the onion starts to go transparent. Add the crushed garlic and the spices, and cook for a few more minutes, stirring from time to time. Add the mushrooms, zucchinis and pepper, stir well, and cook for a few more minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for about 15 -20 mins. Adjust seasoning if required before serving. Serve with boiled rice, soured cream and guacamole. This is even better kept in the fridge overnight and then re-heated the next day. Hominy Chili with Beans 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic 4 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground ***in 1 (15.5-ounce) can white hominy, drained 1 (15-ounce) can red beans, drained 1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese 4 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Stir in chili powder and next 5 ingredients (chili powder through stewed tomatoes); bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Spoon 1 1/4 cups chili into each of 4 bowls; top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon cheese, and 1 teaspoon cilantro. Hell's Fury Chili 5 pounds ground beef or stew beef cut in !/2 inch chunks 1 large onion, coarsely chopped 10 Jalapeno's pepper, coarsely chopped 4 cans (15 oz. ea) red kidney beans 2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced (or to taste) 2 TBS crushed pepper flakes 6 TBS. chili powder 2 TBS.Cayenne pepper 1-1/2 Tps. ground ***in 1 medium bottle Tabasco Sauce Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 pint tomato juice Brown meat ,add onion, and pepper in a large pot. Break meat up and cook over medium heat, Stirring occasionally, until meat is evenly browned. Dip out excess grease with large spoon. Add beans, tomato sauce juice, garlic and seasoning. Simmer uncovered for about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a lot of drinks Serves: 12

Award Winning Chili ---- 3 lbs coarse ground chuck 3 lbs cubed beef stew meat 1/3 cup Extra virgin Olive oil 4 jalapeno peppers 3 seeded & minced 1 whole 4 poblano peppers chopped & seeded 1 large red bell pepper 1 large green bell pepper 1 large onion 1 bulb chopped garlic 3 dried ancho chilies seeded 2 dried seeded chili negros 3 dried seeded chili (red new Mexico) 5 Tbsp standard chili powder 2 Tbsp ***in 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp adobo seasoning 1 Tbsp beef base 2 cups water or beer 28oz chopped tomatoes (canned ) 29oz canned black beans Saute meat till browned in olive oil , drain the meat , add all the peppers onions and garlic and spices saute for 15 mins till onion is translucent . Mix beef base with water or beer, and add to the beef and veggie mixture, simmer on low for about half hour , add tomatoes and beans , and continue to simmer till the cubed stew meat is very tender. (could be more than a couple hours) mine took almost 3 hours, for stew meat to be tender

I have tried several chili bean recipe. Nothing I cared about making again. So do any of you have a good southern chili bean recipe.
