Reverse and correct that. It is supposed to be 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard. Sorry.

Salsa Chicken

four boneless chicken breasts cut into pieces
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 jar salsa

bake 375 for 35 minutes

serve over rice with mexican cheese sprinkled on top

You can just add butter salt and pepper to taste cover with foil and bake at 350. for added taste you can open a can of beer sit the bird down on top of the can with the can inside the bird salt pepper use foil and bake at 350.
