I make my chicken salad with either canned chicken, or chicken brest whichever you prefer..

Chicken
3 eggs hard boiled
1/2 onion
2 t sweet pickle relish
Mayonaise (Enough to cream the ingredients together)
salt
Pepper
and Celery/Celery salt

I also use the same recipe for Tuna Salad, except using Tuna instead of chicken.

A FEW YEARS AGO WE WERE AT SAM'S CLUB OF COURSE TESTING SAMPLES.... THEY HAD CHICKEN SALAD MADE OUT OF A CAN.... THE CHICKEN, MISS DASH AND RANCH DRESSING... THIS IS VERY GOOD, I NOW MAKE MINE WITH THESE INGREDIENTS BUT I ADD RELISH AND CHOPPED ONION... MY FAMILY REALLY LIKES THIS

I use a big can of chicken breast, about 8-10 grapes (cut up), a few almonds, salt, pepper, and mayo. Mix it all up and it is delicious

I use 2 or 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cooled, a stalk of fresh celery that you chop very finely, and some onion chopped, some mayo and salt and pepper....Mix all together and season with salt and pepper to taste....
