Put in foil and put salt - pepper- any other seasoning you like (maybe some garlic or lemon pepper) and we put some butter. We wrap foil up around livers and put on grill. They are SO!! Good. My brother made these for us one night as a appetizers before steaks and we put a piece on grilled flatbread

I have no recipe for livers... I just cut them into small pieces and put into an ice tray and freeze over night. Then I place them in a zip lock bag and leave in freezer until I am ready to move to the cooler. When I get to Kerr Scott I take one piece out of the bag and place on a hook. Fish love em!!!! Yall have a great night!!!

1 container of livers 1 pkg. of bacon 1bottle of bbq sauce (your choice)
Wrap each liver in slice of bacon. Place in baking dish/pan.(spray with pam)Pour bbq sauce over wrapped liver. Bake on 425 until done. You may turn once and cover with additional bbq sauce. Takes 30-45 minutes.
These are great finger foods for parties or while watching a game on tv.

Check each liver to make sure gall bladder is removed. If it has not been or bursts and drains onto livers then those will be some bitter, unpleasant livers. The gall is easy to remove. Just don't cut too close so as to rupture it.

I just mix flour, salt & pepper in a bag, shake the livers & then fry them. My family loves them. I use a cast iron pan & you need to be careful, they will pop grease.

My husband bought some chicken livers yesterday for me to cook. I'm a fairly good cook, but I've never cooked chicken livers at home before. I love KFC chicken livers. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes for cooking chicken livers? I have a feeling this isn't going to be a pleasant experience....LOL....so I'd really like for them to be delicious! I bet Bushman can help me here. :) Thanks in advance! Jan:)
