Chicken and Salsa

Here's a similar recipe:

take boneless chicken breasts and coat them in any kind of taco seasoning (I like taco bell brand). Place them in a baking dish and pour your favorite salsa on top. Cover and cook until done, then top with cheese and sour cream and serve on a bed of either white or spanish rice. Very good and very easy!

Quick and good!

Cube boneless skinless chicken breasts and cook them stove top in extra virgin olive oil. Once cooked, add cut up onions, green peppers, and 2 cups Pace Picante(sp) sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. Meanwhile, cook white rice. Once desired rice amount is cooked, place chicken and salsa over rice and top off with shredded cheese. Excellent and not a lot involved.
