1/2 lb of Neese's Hot Sausage
1 large block Mexican Velvetta cheese
1 can Rotel w/Chilies
1 jar Hot Salsa

Fry sausage until done and then combine all ingredients in crockpot. Usually takes about an hour to melt all the cheese on high.

1 lb Neese's Sausage
1 can Rotel (tomatoes and chilies)
2-8oz packages of cream cheese

Fry sausage and drain all grease, put in small crookpot with rotel and cream cheese. When cheese is melted, enjoy with chips!!

The way I make it is I buy the sausage in a square paper pack that is the hottest. I think the writing is in green. I brown that and drain it and then put in small crock pot. I add one 8 oz pack of cream cheese and one can of rotel tomatoes with green chiles. Cook until cheese is melted.

You can use cream cheese, sausage, and rotel if you like. I like it better than the velveeta in this dip.

I am looking for a recipe for Cheese dip. The one that I am looking for has sausage and rotel in it. I just don't know what the other ingredients are . Thanks!
