Just so! Don't forget that you can also add fruit, jams, cinnamon, honey, etc. Makes good spread for bagels.

strain the plain yogart with a cheese cloth. Using a cheese cloth, empty the yogart from its container into the cheese cloth. pull the four corners together and tie with a string. tie string around a long wooden spoon and suspend over a bowl over night. the next day all the liquid will be drained from the yogart and you can then add the seasonings of choice. chives, green onion, onion soup mix, etc.
