Olive Cheese Ball

1 8oz Cream Cheese
1 small jar of stuffed green olives (chopped fine)
2 tablespoons of mayo
1/4 cup of chopped pecans

Just mix and chill

Good on wheat crackers

The way I do it:

2- 8oz blocks of cream cheese
small can pineapples, drained
1/4 c chopped green pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp salt (optional)
1/2 c pecans

Mix all together except nuts. Put in fridge about an hour, wrapped in plastic. Then roll cheese ball in nuts. Refridgerate.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

A sweet switch from the usual cheese ball. Serve with graham crackers or chocolate wafers.

Prep Time: approx. 20 Minutes.
Ready in: approx. 3 Hours 20 Minutes.
Makes 2 cups (32 servings).


8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup miniature semisweet
chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans


Directions

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving.

SUPER EASY Ranch Cheese Ball

1 lb pkg of Velveta
1 lg pkg cream cheese
1 pkg of dry ranch dressing mix

Mix together and roll in nuts or cracker crumbs

1 or 2 -8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
I jar dried beef
I medium onion
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or as much as desired

Mix softened cream cheese with grated onion and half of chopped dried beef and Worcestershire sauce, roll into ball and coat with the rest of the dried beef.

Simple cheese ball recipe and very good. Serve with Ritz Crackers

Cheese Ball

2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
2 t. pimento (cut up fine)
small can crushed pineapple - drained
1 t. chopped onion
1 T. Whorshire sauce
1 t. lemon juice
1 T. chopped green pepper
little seasoned salt
little sugar

Mix together, chill then form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans

Zesty Cheese Ball
16 oz cream cheese
1 jar shredded, dried beef
1/3 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
chopped pecans
crackers
Preparation:
Mix all, chill, shape and cover with pecans.
Serve with Townhouse crackers.

Sausage Cheese Balls
1 pound bulk ground sausage (mild or hot)
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
3 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
In a skillet, brown the sausage with celery and onion; drain well. Combine sausage mixture with baking mix, egg, cheese, and butter. Mix well; form into balls about 1 inch in size. Bake in a preheated 350° oven on lightly greased or sprayed baking sheets for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes about 36 1-inch appetizers

Pecan Cheese Ball
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons grated onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
finely chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; beat with an electric mixer. Beat in onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Chill thoroughly. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Remove pecan cheese ball from refrigerator 2 hours before serving. Serve pecan cheese ball with assorted crackers.

My wife just made her list to make these she likes both.
2 Cheese Balls
2- 8oz cream cheese room temperature
2- bunches green onions chopped fine alittle of the green too
2- cans dryed chipped beef, cut finely
1- cup finely chopped almonds
mix all together form into ball roll in almonds dip with crackers


2 - 8 oz cream cheese - well softened
12 ozs medium shredded cheddar cheese - well softened
1 small can crushed pineapple - well drained
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped green pepper
chopped pecans (if desired)

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth. (The only way to do this is with your hands)! Add remaining ingredients and chill for about 1 hour. Divide and roll into 2 balls. You can then roll in nuts if desired.
