Bushman how do you can your peppers?

Mine turn our really mush like.

Riverbend: How do you can potatoes? What ways can you use them when they are canned?

I can tomatoes, tomato juice, green beans, beets, pickles, chow chow, salsa, sweet potatoes, small whole white potatoes, blackberries,squash, peaches,( white and yellow, )pickles peaches, jellies and pear preserves. I freeze corn, peas and lots of fruits. I am sure there is more I have forgot to mention.

Anyone needs a recipe, I will be glad to share.

I can Tomatoes,corn,soup,relish,chow-chow,peppers,sauces and meat. I use a hot water bath and pressure canner too.
