Divinity
1 small box commercial white frosting mix
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound box confectioners sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
Boil water. Mix in dry frosting mix, corn syrup and vanilla in water.
Beat mixture on highest mixer speed for about 5 minutes. (When ready,
the mixture forms stiff peaks.) Gradually stir in sugar while mixing on
low speed. Blend in pecans. Spoon the mixture by teaspoon onto a cookie
tin lined with waxed paper. Allow to sit uncovered. Once the mixture
feels firm to touch, turn over, cover tin and allow to stand overnight.

My mother-in-law uses ritz crackers, puts peanut butter inbetween two crackers, and coats them with white chocolate. She uses the white chocolate morsels and just melts them it a pot, then dips the PNB crackers. They are unbelieveably awesome!

Peanut butter fudge email me if you want the recipe, also sugar and peanut butter candy. Email me if you are interested, I have to find my recipe book. I make these every yr. for Christmas. My granny made them for us when we was little and me and my sisters all get together every yr. before Christmas to make these, along with fudge and peacan turtles. If interested in these wonderful recipes email me at dawnstaley@wilkes.net. Sorry don't have them with me at the moment, but are very old recipes passed down from generation to generation. Would love to share them if wanted. MERRY CHRISTMAS

Swirl with a toothpick and chill.

Rocky Road Fudge and Chocolate/vanilla coated pretzels are the two easiest ones that you could make the day before. If you want the recipes just send me a PM!
